Dr. Claire Welsh has thirty years' experience as a chartered psychologist, and she founded Equilibrium Consulting in 2001.  She holds an honours degree and doctorate in psychology, and postgraduate qualifications and training in dyslexia and ADHD.

 

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association and Full Member of PATOSS.

Claire has worked in research and teaching at several UK universities, and has assessed and supported students across primary, secondary, further and higher education.  She has published in peer-reviewed psychology journals and presented at national and international conferences.  She has provided consultancy services to private and public sector organisations, including the Home Office, NHS, Microsoft UK, J. Sainsbury and Lloyds TSB.

Claire has an enhanced DBS certificate, full professional indemnity insurance and is Data Protection registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
